Throughout her career, Melissa has worked closely with CEOs, owners, and leadership teams to improve supplier performance, strengthen procurement processes, manage spend more effectively, and identify practical opportunities for cost savings. She brings an executive level perspective with an operator’s mindset, balancing strategic thinking with the realities of day to day business execution.
